Well finally!

So I thought one person had this picture and as it turns out another person did (thanks Carolyn!)

As you can see this is New Years Eve this past year and Andrew and I are at the Ground Hog Pub in Toronto for some mischief, mayhem and Karaoke hosted by Jeremy and Lozan. I didn't tell most people that we were going to be in town at all as we live in Ottawa some 550 km away, so it was a nice shock to see their faces when we walked in the door!

Susy was there with Laura and the "Plenty of Fish" people and yes I AM getting married for REAL! Also there were Monkey and his boyfriend, Jeremy #1 and of course Jeremy and Lozan.

Norm was missing in action as he had a fight with the eye gods and they cursed him with purple eye in both, and Nina.

Now I don't know about the rest of you people out there but I have some really nice friends and we had a great time, but when you have a tight circle and two of the links break it makes not so much fun for the remaining people in the group. As much as I love them both I am in a really hard place. I wasn't there for the "incident" and I don't even want to know all the details as I don't want to chose sides, but I know that true friends would be willing to fix whatever broke them in the first place. I have a best friend Kimberley and I know that it wouldn't matter how much she hurt me I would always want to be there for her and couldn't imagine life without her.

We survived my breaking up with her dear friend and now my fiancée, long distance, although THAT was a hard one to over come, and children, life changes and mental well being.

So back to these two friends that I have. They don't really know anybody else at the wedding and I was hoping to have a "Toronto friends" table, but they have both asked me not to put them together. So who do I move from the rest of the friends and therefore alienate? Tough choice... I am trying to work with the caterer to come up with some seating plans....

Also I talked to the photographer and he gave me a quote that was WAY above what I expected. grrrr.....................................
